UFCSPA’s Nutrition program aims to educate nutritionists that will have a comprehensive training and a solid theoretical-practical foundation of a generalist, humanist and critical nature, who can actively participate in decision-making in the areas of Public Nutrition, Clinical Nutrition and Public Health for a conscious practice in line with the social reality. They are nutritionists whose work is guided by professional ethics, individual and collective integrity for the benefit of social transformation based on global health care, with an emphasis on nutrition, promoting people's health and sustainability.
