Graduate's competences and skills

The management of healthcare services requires a professional with a broad and comprehensive education, who is able to master the relevant technologies and have an integrated understanding of the world. Such a professional must continuously seek innovation, knowledge, competitiveness and higher quality. UFCSPA’s Healthcare Management Program graduates are generalists, with humanistic, ethical-philosophical and theoretical-scientific training for strategic management in healthcare systems at all levels of care. They focus on a systemic vision, having entrepreneurial spirit and critical and reflective capacity. Graduates must be prepared for the challenges of the present day and of the new technologies that contribute to the attainment of health care as a citizen’s right. Such training should prepare professionals to interact in the constantly evolving job market, adapting to new technologies and being capable of rapid decision-making and action, as well as coming up with creative solutions in the field of human health.
