Biography
Ygor Arzeno Ferrão shares a CNPq Productivity Award. He holds a medical degree from UFCSPA (1994), a residency in Psychiatry (UFCSPA-1997), an MsC in Clinical Medicine (UFRGS-2000) and a PhD in Psychiatry (USP-2004). He is currently a Psychiatry professor at UFCSPA, Coordinator of the Rede de Pesquisa em Transtornos do Espectro Obsessivo-Compuslivo (ReTOC)[Research network on Obsessive-Compulsive Spectrum Disorders]. He also performs private clinical practice.

He has experience in the area of Psychiatry, with emphasis on anxiety and depression. His research area includes the following topics: anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, impulse control disorders and depressive disorders and symptoms, as well as psychopathology and clinical research in Psychiatry.

Biography
Vanessa Suñé Mattevi is a tenured associate professor of the Basic Health Sciences Department at the Universidade Federal de Ciências da Saúde de Porto Alegre (2006) and is a CNPq Productivity Researcher (level 2). She holds an academic degree in Pharmacy and Biochemistry from the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (1997), an M. Sc. and a Ph.D. in Genetics and Molecular Biology from the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (2003).
Research Interests
With a research interest in genetics of multifactorial diseases and complex phenotypes, her projects involve the study of genetic and epigenetic variations in the human genome and their role in pharmacogenomics and nutrigenomics, with a focus on HIV treatment and human obesity.

Valdeni T. Zani has been an assistant professor 4 of the Department of Nutrition of the Federal University of Health Sciences of Porto Alegre since 2005, a Master's Degree in Biomedical Gerontology from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (2004) and a PhD in Biomedical Gerontology From the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (2011), as well.

She holds experience and interest in the area of nutrition. She currently works in the fields of food and process management, education, food, gastronomy and nutrition.

Biography
Tanira Aguirre is a lecturer of Physico-Chemistry at the Pharmacosciences Department at the Universidade Federal de Ciências da Saúde de Porto Alegre. She holds a bachelor's degree in chemistry from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (2005) and a PhD in Drug Delivery from the University College Dublin (2013) in cooperation with Sigmoid Pharma under the Irish Drug Delivery Network. She researched as a postdoctoral research fellow at the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul in the Graduate Program in Pharmaceutical Nanotechnology (2016).
Reasearch Interest
Her major research interests are in non-parenteral drug delivery systems. She has experience in the field of colloidal chemistry, mainly in development, characterization and application of emulsions containing peptides with potential therapeutic application. In addition, she works with drug delivery of biotech drugs using nanoparticles, minispheres and microemulsions, as well as several in vitro, ex vivo and in vivo methodologies for oral delivery of therapeutics.

Biography
Sheila Tamanini de Almeida holds a degree in Speech Therapy from the Instituto Metodista de Educação e Cultura (1997), an MsC in Clinical Medicine from the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (2005) and a PhD in Hepatotology and Gastroenterology Scienses from the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (2013). She is currently developing research in Clinical Genetics. In 2014, she started the activities of the Center of Studies and Research in Oropharyngeal Dysphagia at UFCSPA.

She has experience in Speech Therapy, with emphasis on Oropharyngeal Dysphagia in different life cycles, working mainly in the following topics: oropharyngeal dysphagia, suction and prematurity, breastfeeding, neurological rehabilitation and genetics syndroms.

Sergio Zylbersztejn is an Assistant professor of Orthopaedic and Traumatology at the Universidade Federal de Ciências da Saúde de Porto Alegre (1980). He holds an academic degree in Medicine from the Universidade Federal de Ciências da Saúde de Porto Alegre, and a master’s degree in Orthopaedic and Traumatology from the Universidade de São Paulo (1987). He is a member of several editorial boards, such as Sanamed (Serbia); Coluna/Columna (BR), RBO (BR), The Spine (USA), The Global Spine Journal (USA); Rheumatology and Orthopedic Medicine (USA).

Biography
Sabrina Alves Fernandes holds a master’s (2008), a PhD (2013) and a post-doctorate (2016) degree in Hepatology from the Universidade Federal de Ciências da Saúde de Porto Alegre, in whose Graduate Program she is currently a guest professor (2016).
Reasearch Interest
She holds interests in clinical and experimental research in nutrition for hepatic diseases. She also researches in the field of nutritional evaluation in a number of pathologies. Furthermore, Dr. Fernandes develops studies about phase angle as a prognostic rate and distinct clinical conditions and diseases. She has recently started a broad project on nutritional aspects in overweight patients, in partnership with the Service of Morbid Obesity and Metabolic Syndrome at the São Lucas Hospital from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul.

Biography
Rita Catalina Aquino Caregnato is associate professor tenure of the Nursing Department at Universidade Federal de Ciências da Saúde de Porto Alegre (2012). She holds an academic degree in Nursing from the Universidade do Vale do Rio dos Sinos (1981), master's at Nursing from the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (2002) and doctoral at Education from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (2008). She has had a long career as nurse and educator in the field of perioperative nursing, infection control, intensive care and worked many years in Surgical Centers. She brings more 35 years of surgical and clinical nursing experience and professional leadership in acute and critical care nursing.
